I kindly request a review and resolution of the following issues affecting the WhatsApp API integration in Heffl:
Many Incoming customer messages occasionally do not appear in Heffl.
Replies sent from WhatsApp Business on the phone do not reliably sync to Heffl.
Voice messages (incoming and outgoing) often do not show up in Heffl at all.
No notifications are received in the app or browser version.
Messages do not refresh automatically; a full browser reload is required.
Some messages and voice messages are missing entirely in Heffl.
Messages cannot be marked as unread; all messages appear as read.
The βunreadβ filter/sorting does not work consistently.
WhatsApp calls cannot be received via Heffl. (VERY IMPORTANT)
Voice messages cannot be sent from within Heffl. (VERY IMPORTANT)
Edited messages in WhatsApp Business are not updated in Heffl; only the original version is displayed.
We would appreciate your assistance in resolving these issues as they significantly impact our communication workflow.
