Chatbot for Answering Client Questions

I would like a chatbot option in Heffl that answers client questions directly on the website and through WhatsApp. The chatbot should be trained using PDFs, Word files, and links to respond based on this information. If it doesn’t find an answer, it should automatically inform the team and offer the client predefined options such as submitting a ticket or other available actions.
