Ability to Link Global Files & Folders to Specific Clients

We need the ability to link files and folders created under the Global/Common Files section to specific clients or companies without re-uploading or recreating them. Currently, if files or folders are mistakenly uploaded under the main/common Files tab instead of under a specific client, they remain isolated there. When navigating to the intended client/company profile, the Files section appears empty. There is no option to: Reassign the files Link them to a client Move them to the appropriate company folder This results in duplicated work and inefficiency. Use Case Scenario I uploaded multiple files and folders under the main Files tab on the left navigation panel. Later, when I accessed the client/company profile for whom these files were intended, their Files section was empty. I then realized the files were created under the Common/Agency-level tab. Instead of recreating and re-uploading everything under the correct client, there should be an option to simply link or associate the existing files and folders to the relevant client/company. Proposed Solution Add one or more of the following capabilities: “Link to Client/Company” option on files and folders Bulk selection and assignment to a specific client Move/Relocate functionality between Global and Client-level directories Multi-client linking, where a file can be associated with more than one client if needed Benefits Prevents duplication of work Saves time and storage Reduces human error impact Improves document organization and flexibility Supports real agency workflows where files may initially be created centrally

In the Files app, I’m only able to move individual files to Trash, I am not able to move entire folders to trash. Folders can only be permanently deleted, which removes the option to safely review them before deletion. In the Trash app, I’m unable to permanently delete anything. It only allows restoring or downloading items, but not fully removing them. Additionally, when I right click on documents in the Files app, a full navigation menu appears as expected. However, when I right click on items inside the Trash app, no navigation menu appears at all. Instead, I’m forced to use the limited buttons at the bottom of the Trash window, which only offer “Restore” or “Download.” Another important issue is that there is currently no way to see how much storage I have available or how much storage I’ve used. My plan includes 150GB, but there is nowhere in the interface that shows my total storage or storage usage, which makes it difficult to manage files or know when I am approaching the limit. Please add the following features in an upcoming update: The ability to move "Folders" from the Files app to the Trash (instead of only permanently deleting them). The ability to permanently delete files and folders directly from within the Trash app. A proper right click navigation menu in the Trash app, similar to the one in the Files app. A storage usage display showing total storage, used storage, and remaining storage. These improvements would significantly enhance file management, transparency, and overall usability.

Fix WhatsApp API Integration

I kindly request a review and resolution of the following issues affecting the WhatsApp API integration in Heffl: Many Incoming customer messages occasionally do not appear in Heffl. Replies sent from WhatsApp Business on the phone do not reliably sync to Heffl. Voice messages (incoming and outgoing) often do not show up in Heffl at all. No notifications are received in the app or browser version. Messages do not refresh automatically; a full browser reload is required. Some messages and voice messages are missing entirely in Heffl. Messages cannot be marked as unread; all messages appear as read. The “unread” filter/sorting does not work consistently. WhatsApp calls cannot be received via Heffl. (VERY IMPORTANT) Voice messages cannot be sent from within Heffl. (VERY IMPORTANT) Edited messages in WhatsApp Business are not updated in Heffl; only the original version is displayed. We would appreciate your assistance in resolving these issues as they significantly impact our communication workflow.
